As a branch of the mechanical manufacturing industry, mechanical equipment manufacturing has maintained an overall growth trend driven by market demand in recent years. However, from the perspective of industry structure, China's mechanical equipment manufacturing enterprises are still in the middle and low end, and many high-end fields are still occupied by foreign companies; Internally, the mechanical equipment manufacturing industry is no longer monopolized by large state-owned enterprises. More and more private enterprises are rising, and the competition in the entire industry is becoming increasingly fierce. In addition, many industry characteristics such as complex product structure, insufficient technological innovation capability, strict requirements for product management and equipment management have also become key obstacles to the development of China's mechanical equipment manufacturing industry.

 

Under the strategic transformation layout of intelligent operation, Chinese machinery manufacturing enterprises urgently need to possess the following five basic survival skills - independent innovation ability, supply chain integration ability, fine cost control ability, manufacturing service-oriented ability, and key process manufacturing ability.
